E. Combined Uses: Allowed uses may be combined within a <br />single building, meeting the following standards: <br />1. Residential units in mixed -use buildings shall be located <br />above the ground floor or on the ground floor to the rear <br />of nonresidential uses; <br />2. Retail and service uses in mixed -use buildings shall be <br />located at ground floor or lower levels of the building; <br />and <br />3.
