ORGANIZATION <br />Firm Profile <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. is a Minnesota based and multi -disciplined consultant planning <br />and engineering firm that is ideally suited to provide planning services to the City of <br />Ramsey. WSB provides municipal planning, engineering, transportation, structural, <br />water resources, environmental, GIS, right of way, construction engineering, and other <br />planning services to governmental agencies. <br />We have developed a <br />corporate culture that <br />values creativity, long— <br />lasting relationships, <br />and high technical <br />standards. Recent planning projects completed include a series of concept <br />land use design layouts associated with the Bailey Lake Sewer Extension <br />project for the City of Woodbury, and environmental and land use reviews <br />of future developable acres for the Cities of Minnetrista and Rogers. <br />In addition, WSB represents the City of Mahtomedi as their City Planner. <br />Like the City of Ramsey, the City of Mahtomedi strives to maintain a <br />collaborative community process that respects balance and connectivity <br />between the City's urban, rural and natural environments.
