Regular Planning Commission 6. 8. <br />Meeting Date: 05/05/2011 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Title: <br />Review Upcoming Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />Background: <br />The City has several planned and required Comprehensive Plan Amendments (CPAs) pending in the near future. <br />These include, but are not limited to, amendments to The COR Master Plan, Wellhead Protection (MN Dept. of <br />Health Requirement), Closed Landfill (MN Pollution Control Agency), the Master Parks and Trail Plan, and future <br />planning for the 167th Avenue/TH 47 (Saint Francis Boulevard node). In addition, the City is scheduled to receive <br />a revised System Statement related to transportation as well as parks and open space which may require <br />amendments to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
