Memo <br />DATE: April 29, 2011 <br />TO: Ramsey Planning Commission <br />FROM: Community Development Staff <br />RE: Staff Update <br />CASE # <br />City Council Update. The following is a brief summary of actions taken in April that may be of interest <br />to the Planning Commission: <br />Ordinance to Amend City Code related to financial sureties. The City Council adopted the ordinance to <br />allow for alternative securities, consistent with the Planning Commission's recommendations. <br />Amendment to CUP for Cross of Hope. The City Council approved an amendment to the CUP for Cross <br />of Hope to extend the hours of operation to 11:00 p.m., noting that any outdoor activities would need to <br />meet the City's public nuisance regulations. <br />Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map. The City Council adopted the ordinance to amend the <br />Official Zoning Map. <br />Ordinance to Amend 117-118 (Town Center). The City adopted the ordinance to amend City Code <br />Section 117-118 to rename to The COR. <br />Consider Site Plan for parking lot amendments at 7533 Sunwood Drive NW. The City Council approved <br />minor parking lot amendments to 7533 Sunwood Drive NW, including a new access onto Sunwood <br />Drive. <br />Economic Development, The COR, and General Development Update.
