That no dog under the ownership of the Permittee shall be allowed to run at large in an unconfined area on the Subject Property, except under the direct supervision of the Permittee. 7, That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial kennel activities on the Subject Property, including but not limited to breeding, selling training, grooming or boarding. 8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit.
