CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF OSTERKAMP ADDITION; <br />CASE OF MR. JIM OSTERKAMP <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Osterkamp is requesting final plat approval of a minor subdivision to plat each unit of an <br />existing, lawful nonconformitig twin home onto separate lots of record for salability as two <br />individual dwelling units. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />City Code does not require a public hearing for minor subdivisions. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Both of the lots in the plat exceed the minimum area requirement. At the time of sketch plan <br />review, Lot 2 was approximately 6 feet shy of the 80 foot width requirement. The final plat has <br />been modified and Lot 2 now meets the width requirement. The units are connected to sanitary <br />sewer and municipal water services.
