I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MIKE AND MARYBETH SJOQUIST <br />7520 149TH AVENUE NW <br /> PIN 28-32-25-12-0006 <br /> <br /> On June 22, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Michael and <br /> MaryBeth Sjoquist ("Permittee") to construct an 864 square foot addition ("Structure") to the <br /> existing cabinet shop located on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> the ("Site"). <br /> <br /> This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br /> this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the 3 Dimensional <br /> View sheet prepared by Knox Lumber and dated April 20, 1999. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br /> Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of a one (1) sheet survey <br /> prepared by Jim Kyro & Associates, Inc., dated September 12, 1997, revised April 8, 1999. <br /> <br />4. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The required improvements shall consist of extending <br /> the existing concrete driveway to service the Structure and restoration of disturbed areas. <br /> ("Required Improvements.") <br /> <br />5. FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br /> items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />6. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect light <br /> away from 149th Avenue NW. <br /> <br /> EROSION CONTROL. The wetland shall be protected from sedimentation by a silt <br /> fence. Erosion control shall remain in place until seed or sod is established following <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
