Location of significant historical and natural features, <br />including but not limited to wetlands, lakes, rivers, ditches <br />and woodlands. <br /> <br />Improvements Required: The site plan/building design application <br />shall show provisions for the following improvements which shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the relevant criteria prescribed herein: <br /> <br />1 r~,,,'~ .......;.,~,h,~; ........; .... ~ !mndscaping Landscape <br /> plan, including any buffer areas, screening, existing trees to <br /> be preserved and new plantings; <br />2. A topographical map and grading plan; <br />11. Off-street parking and outside storage or display areas; <br />12. Color rendering(s) and, when requested by the City, colored <br /> material samples. <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Additional submittal requirements: The applicant shall provide a <br />traffic generation analysis for all proposed multiple family <br />dwellings (three or more units) and mobile home parks and, when <br />requested by the City, for proposed commercial and industrial <br />developments. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Planning Department Review. The applicant shall submit the plans <br />for the proposed project to the Planning Department at least 21 days prior to a regular Planning <br />Commission meeting.
