Observations: <br /> <br />On July 6, the applicants presented the new Burger King logo and sign plan to the Planning <br />Commission. The sign design has changed from square to round and the size choices are 64 <br />square feet or 113 square feet. The sign is not proposed to exceed the 25 foot height restriction. <br /> <br />ReCommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has recommended adoption of findings of fact and approval of the <br />1 t 3 square foot circular business identification logo and a 45 square foot reader board for the <br />Burger King sign, at a height not to exceed 25 feet. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #99-07-__ adopting Findings of Fact # <br />request for a conditional use permit for a sign size overage. <br /> <br />~relating to Dolphin's <br /> <br />Motion to approve Dolphin's request, based on the findings of fact, and grant a sign size overage <br />of 58 square feet and adopt Resolution #99-07-~ declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny Dolphin's request to exceed sign size restrictions, based on the findings of fact, <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />07/13/99 <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Assistant <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
