Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-06- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-63 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN ALONG SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 25, 1999, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #99-63 (Construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain along Sunfish Lake Boulevard); and WHEREAS, on June 8, 1999, the Ramsey City Council received the report, which indicated the following: Estimated total cost of project $145,184 Estimated total lateral assessment $ 83,694 Estimated total trunk assessment $107,225 Estim~edannualassessmentwithinterest for a 5-yearpedod as follows: PIN27-32-25-41-0004 PIN27-32-25-41-0005 PIN27-32-25-41-0006 PIN27-32-25-41-0003 PIN27-32-25-41-0002 $ 8,290 $ 8,290 $ 7,510 $ 17,688 $ 5,417 AND WHEREAS, on June 8, 1999, the Ramsey City Council scheduled a public heating on such proposed improvement for July 13, 1999; and WHEREAS, due to overlooked deadlines for publication of the public heating notice as mandated by law, the heating for Improvement Project #99-63 (Construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain along Sunfish Lake Boulevard) must be rescheduled. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of construction of sanitary sewer and watermain along Sunfish Lake Boulevard (Improvement Project #99-63) in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $145,184.
