CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />NEW LIFE CHURCH <br /> <br />On July 13, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to New Life <br />Church (" Permittee" ), a Minnesota non-profit corporation, to construct a 13,136 square foot <br />facility ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />(INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION HERE) <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shaI1 be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan (Sheet A-l) prepared by Houwman Architects dated June 4, <br />1999, Revision Date June 25, 1999 and ., 1999. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. Ali site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading & Erosion Control Plan <br />(Sheet C-i) prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc., dated June 23, 1999, Revision <br />dated July 13, 1999 and ., 1999. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-6t2 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />bituminous surfaces, except that a bituminous berm shall be used at the point of <br />the parking lot expansion area identified on the Site Plan. <br />Establishment of turf and landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan <br />(Sheet A-I) prepared by Houwman Architects dated June 4, I999, Revision dated <br />June 25, 1999. <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater <br />Management Fee and the recommended formula for churches is three (3) times the rate of <br />a single family residence (3 x $366.00). The amount of Stormwater Management Fee due <br />on the Site is One Thousand and Ninety Eight Dollars ($1,098.00). A cash payment will <br />be required prior to the CITY releasing the Building Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
