Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />When Cindy Sherman was appointed as Community Development Director in August <br />1998 (start date September 8, 1998) terms of her employment letter stated that <br />performance reviews would be scheduled at six and 12 months. The six-month's <br />performance review was completed later than was originally scheduled due to a vacancy <br />in the Administrative Services Manager position. A performance appraisal was <br />completed, however, Councilmembers have asked for further input into the process.
