Their organization licenses are up for renewal which means <br />that they must again get approval for their premise permits at all of their sites which <br />includes JR's and McDuff's. If the City Council is not opposed to these applications, <br />they have requested a waiver of the 30-day notice provision. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based on discussion Adopt Resolution #99-08-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />ANOKA AREA HOCKEY ASSOCIATION APPLICATIONS FOR PREMISE <br />PERMITS FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT JR'S AND MCDUFF'S IN RAMSEY. <br /> <br />CC: 08/24/99 <br /> <br />/7,b- <br /> <br /> <br />
