Sunwood Drive and 145th Lane
2. 146th Avenue west of Potassium Street
3. 147th Lane west of Potassium Street
4. Sodium Street south of 151 st Lane

It is anticipated that the sewer is sufficiently deep to service the earlier development by gravity.
All sewer connections are 8" inch mains.

Watermain

Watermain is currently available at five locations around the perimeter of the site, and in
addition it is within the right-of-way of Sunwood Drive, which divides the site. A twelve inch
truck main needs to be connected between Sunwood Drive and the northwest comer of the site.

Transportation

The transportation system should focus on deliving traffic onto Sunwood Drive and Sunfish
Lake Boulevard. A traffic analysis will be required as a policy of the preliminary plat
submittals.

Storm Water

The plan should be modified such that water quality ponds are accessible for maintenance
without access on to private property. The storm water plan should include an outlet for
Sunfish Lake into wetland 114P.
