X <br />~olstice Park (with future exp/msion possibilities) " <br />is on the south side. X <br />Existing cul-de-sacs and connecting residential X <br />streets are equal in number on both sides. <br />The existing, as well as future, population densities <br />between Nowthen Boulevard and T.H. #47 are, <br />and may be greater on the north side, X <br />The proposed ACC.Z(P project will bring inc[eased " <br />families to the south side of Sunwood. X <br />The trail to Ramsey Eler~entary School and route <br />to Alpine Park is on the north side of Sunwood. X <br />There is one driveway on the north side and none <br />on the south side. X <br />The future driveway count, as well as <br />intersections, may be higher on the south side of <br />Sunwood.
