The final day for <br />accepting bids was Tuesday, August 10, 1999. Bids were received from the following <br />parties: <br /> <br />Dean Bitner <br />7884-142na Ave. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Bid: $6,595.00 <br /> <br />Robert Brom, on behalf of Spencer Brook Township <br />Bid: $8,500.00 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept the bid of $8,500.00 from Spencer Brook <br />Township.
