Mr. Derrick Passe sent to Mr. Steve Jankowski, the City Engineer, a proposed <br />plan to lower the swale and adjust the grade two feet lower than the original plan on <br />August 23, 1999. This proposal was submitted prematurely to the City; however, we <br />believe it is a viable solution and one we plan to pursue. <br /> <br />In order to lower the swale two feet, it involves grading off our property and working <br />with the adjoining property owners. The week of September 6th is Labor Day and is <br />short because of the holiday.
