CASE <br /> <br />RAMSEY LIONS CLUB APPLICATION FOR A ONE-DAY 3.2 BEER LICENSE <br /> By: Colleen Rybak, Secretary, Licensing <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Lions are applying for a one-day, 3.2 beer license for Ramsey's 25th <br />Anniversary Celebration that is scheduled for Saturday, September 18, 1999, at 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW. The Ramsey Lions have provided all of the necessary documents <br />required issuance of this type of license. Under City Code, it is a permissible activity to <br />grant a non-intoxicating malt liquor license to the Ramsey Lions Club for this event. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Lions Club is also requesting waiver of the fee for such an event.
