This includes projects in the first three <br />years of the 1999-2002 Regional TIP. <br /> <br />Federal funds can now be obligated for projects approved in this year's Regional Solicitation Program <br />that are in the 1999-2001 program years. Projects in the year 2002 program, although approved by the <br />Region, cannot obligate federal funds until the 2000-2002 STIP is approved in late 1999. <br /> <br />The following project(s) was approved by TAB: <br /> <br />TH 47 - Reconstruct as Three-Lane Section from 142nd Av to 153rd Av <br /> <br />In order to receive federal funds, you will be required to obligate the entire amount by the sunset date. <br />The sunset date for projects scheduled for construction in 2001 is September 30, 2002. Project <br />administration and necessary documentation, as required by law, needs to be completed in conjunction <br />with the State Aid Office of Mn/DOT.
