In order to meet the maintenance costs which results from continued use of these <br />facilities, a per event, non-refundable fee is charged for all reservations of the facilities, <br />except for the following groups/function: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Governmental functions <br />Senior citizen groups <br />Youth or youth oriented groups (Boy or Girl Scouts, RYAA) <br />Women of Today <br /> <br />T4oa-r-a~ The per event/day, non-refundable fee will be based on a resident versus non- <br />resident basis and wilt be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council resolution. No <br />permit is confirmed until permit fee is. paid (first come-first served'} <br /> <br />Keys may be issued for access to the facilities with a key deposit that is refundable upon <br />return of the key. This deposit will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council <br />resolution. Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys <br />cannot be duplicated <br /> <br />Refundable damage deposits will be charged to all groups using the facilities. This <br />deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection after the event, Violations of any <br />rules of this policy may result in forfeit.ure of all deposit money, the termination of the <br />event, and loss ofoppo.rtunity to use the facility in the future, Groups entering into one <br />yea, nine-month leases or renting a facility for more than one event can roll the damage <br />deposit forward until termination of the lease or'the end of the scheduled events. This <br />deposit will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council resolution. It is the <br />responsibility of the group utilizing the facility to clean up the area used, to lock al1 <br />doors, and turn off all lights before leaving the facility. The need for additional cleaning <br />or other maintenance could result in the City's retention of all or part of the damage <br />deposit. <br /> <br />HOURS OF USE <br /> <br />The facilities may be used by organized groups and the general public between the hours <br />of 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays and Sundays from <br />9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. No rental is offered on "major" holidays including New Year's <br />Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve (after 5:00 <br />p.m.). Access is limited to the period of the time reserved. <br /> <br />USE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />Chairs and tables may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not <br />moved from room to room. All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended <br />purpose.
