He also stated he is willing to meet with Mr. Rupert to discuss
the extension of Sunwood Drive.

Mr. Gruber explained that when he built his home in 1993, he asked the City if there were any
plans for the expansion of T.H. #47 and he was told no.

Councilmember Zimmerman stated that T.H. #47 is a State road and that they had no proposed
plans for the expansion. The improvements are only taking place due to the push from Council.

Mayor Gamec reviewed a letter fi'om Alena Hunter, 14628 Helium Street NW, Ramsey, in favor
of the extension of Sunwood Drive.

Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he was in support of extending Sunwood Drive,
explaining that he was involved in the discussions as a Planning Commissioner and feels there is
an obligation to the residents to install the road, but noted that his support does not include any
details of work and the actual installation of the road.

City Council/August 10, 1999
