We evaluated our <br />history with the City and have adjusted our rates to provide Kendra Lindahl as the <br />consulting City Planner at a reduced rate of $78.00/hour. Ramsey would benefit <br />from working directly with a firm principal who is experienced in management of a <br />planning department and the public process at a significant reduction from our standard <br />municipal rates. <br />
