RELEASE OF LAND FROM DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "City") <br />executed a Certificate of Deferred Assessments dated as of March 27, 2007, and filed for record <br />on April 6, 2007 as Torrens Document No. 491186.010, in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of <br />Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Certificate"). <br />WHEREAS, deferred assessments in the amount of $170,330.00 for Project #05-RTC <br />City Phase II Roadway Improvements; AUAR Roadway Improvements; and Ramsey Town <br />Center Parking Facilities, assessed February 22, 2005 (the "Deferred Assessments") were issued <br />against certain properties described on Exhibit A of the Certificate. <br />WHEREAS, the City confirms that the Deferred Assessments have been paid or <br />otherwise extinguished and the City desires to release the property described on Exhibit A of the <br />Certificate from the Deferred Assessments. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City acknowledges that the City no longer claims an <br />assessment lien on the property described on Exhibit A of the Certificate and completely and <br />fully releases the property described on Exhibit A of the Certificate from the Deferred <br />Assessments. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Release of Land from <br />Deferred Assessments, effective as of , 2011. <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota <br />By: <br />Its Mayor <br />By: <br />Its City Administrator <br />1 <br />3613934v1 <br />
