I <br />' InfoT ech <br /> <br />BLOCK-TIME AGREEMENT <br /> <br />InfoTech agrees to furnish Network Services in accordance with the provisions and rates <br />listed below. <br /> <br />City Of Ramsey <br /> <br />· Block time will be purchased, in advance, 500-hours for $80.00 per hour. <br /> <br />· InfoTech will make every reasonable effort to be on the customer's site within four <br /> (4) hours from receiving the call Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. <br /> <br />The block time will only cover labor, parts necessary to complete any repairs will be <br />approved by the City o,,f Ramsey and be an additional charge. <br /> <br />Service calls will be charged from the time the engineer is dispa~hed to the City of <br />Ramsey until the engineer leaves the City of Ramsey. A 1 - hour minimum applies on <br />all calls.
