Energy Park Fourth Addition. This facility is needed to allow for the continued provision of a high quality of electrical energy to Ramsey's commercial/industrial areas. Inclu~ti:d in the application packet is a complete site plan, including landscape, drainage plan for the substation lot and pictures showing a similar substation located in St. Francis. As indicated by the pictures the substation Will be of a lo_~,p, rofile design having a Iower profile then the station located behind the Ramsey Municipal C~r~{er~,:... We are currently proposing to deviate from the standard policy of curbing and paving of th'~"Fagcess until 143ra Avenue NW is constructed. This delay in the paving and curbing will last for approximately one year as the station will be completed in June of 2000 and 143ra Avenue is slated for construction in 200i. At that time, we would like to discuss the possibility of adding our project to the road-paving project to reduce the potential for confusion and damage to either project.
