The City of Ramsey, Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br />SECTION 1. REPEAL <br /> <br />Section 3.2~f Chapter 3 of the Ramsey City Charter to be delete~i~t~/~ <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />Deletion of Section 3.2 of Chapter 3 of the Ra~m_a~ City Charter repeals the requirement <br />of Liaison functions, 3.2.1 - Precinct Liaiso ,~and 3.2.2-~t'~oUndafi~ <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
