Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-09- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR SELF-SERVICE MINI-STORAGE GA_RAGES IN A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT VvT-ZiE~As, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-09- Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. adopting NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That on ,1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Zitco, Inc. ("Permit Holder") to construct and operate self-service mini-storage garages on the property generally known as 6111 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: Lots 1, lA and 2, Block 1, GUY ADDITION, Amoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. This CUP shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. 2. The number of mini-storage units developed on the Subject Property shall be limited to :. The development of the mini-storage un/ts on the Subject Property shall be in accordance with the City approved Site Plan, Landscape Plan and Building Elevations prepared b.y Bruce W. Schmitt & Associates dated ) Revision Date There shall be no outside storage permitted on the Subject Property and the Permit Holder shall be responsible for keeping the Subject Property free from litter and debris. Any outside lighting on the Subject Property shall be arranged to deflect away from Hwy. #10. 6. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this CUP.
