We find the plan acceptable for further development <br />with consideration of the following comments: <br /> <br />Stormwater drainage from the proposed site does not appear to flow to TH10 right of way. A <br />Mn/DOT permit will be required if this condition changes or the development otherwise <br />alters patterns or runoff rates affecting TH10. ..~ <br /> <br />The grading plan shows grading work within Mn/DOT right of way. Any grading work must <br />be to construct/modify an entrance and a permit will be required. Any connections to public <br />utilities that are within Mn/DOT right of way also require a permit. If you have additional <br />questions regarding this permit process please call Keith VanWagner in our Permits section <br />at (651)582-1447. <br /> <br />We recommend one combined access to TH10, 32' wide for Zitco and the property to the <br />east of the proposed development. This access must also be aligned with the median. A <br />cross access agreement between the property owners for combined access will be required <br />for the access permit. <br /> <br />We also recommend dedicating access control to the public that is located in Lot 3.
