WORK ORDER <br /> <br />Date: October 1, 1999 <br /> <br /> This Work Order is made as of the date specified above pursuant to that certain service <br />contract dated October 1, 1999 between NetMark, Inc. ("Vendor"), a Minnesota corporation, and <br />City of Ramsey. ("Customer").
