Contracting of Cul-De-Sac Plowing Route <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the 1998-1999-snow season~the City of Ramsey contracted with Kelly's <br />Landscaping to plow one of five cul-de-sac routes that the city currently maintains. It is <br />staff's opinion that Kelly's did excellent work resulting in few complaints from residents <br />on their route. <br /> <br />Staff contacted Kelly's to ask for a quote for the 1999-2000 snowplowing season. After <br />talking with the owner~Kelly's offered to renew their contract at last seasons price. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Enter into one-year contract with Kelly's Landscaping for snowplowing during 1999- <br />2000 snowplowing season <br /> <br /> <br />
