(13) Data Privacy. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, Connexus agrees to maintain and <br />protect data on individuals received, or to which Connexus has access, according to the statutory <br />provisions applicable to the data. No private or confidential data developed, maintained, or' <br />reviewed by Connexus under this Agreement may be released to the public by Con_nexus or <br /> <br />Connexus employees or representatives.
