The Committee <br /> suggested that staff meet with Rademacher to discuss their expectations for compensation, as <br /> well as ancillary issues such as the use of the severed 0.9-acre parcel, which would be created <br /> east of the Barium Street extension. <br /> <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to ratify the Committee action. <br /> <br /> Case #4: Acquire Lot 3, Block 2, Gateway North Industrial Park for Use by the Public <br /> Works Department <br /> <br /> This item was added by Public Works Director Kapler and involves the 1.9-acre parcel <br /> immediately north of I42nd Avenue, directly across from the Public Works site. The parcel is <br /> presently for sale and includes a 5,000 square foot structure that could serve as both office space <br /> and salt storage.
