Based on my' review and inspection of the site, I would recommend the following conditions be met if the swale is allowed to be constructed: 1) 2) The minimum grade of the swale should not be Jess than one percent. The proposed plan shows grades less that one percent, Additional topography must be provided to the north to determine at what elevation the receiving pond overflows. 3) The pending area, if it does no! overflow to the north at an elevation of two feet below the low floor elevation of the house on Lot 9, Block 1, APPLE RIDGE must be sized to handl.e the cdtical event as outlined by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization, 4) 5) Drainage easements must be provid?d for the pending area and[or the drainage overflow swale, / "' / It is my understanding' that retaining' ,trolls are to be installed on Lots 1 & 2, Block 1 APPLE RIDGE. These were not shbwn on the plan.
