Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council has discussed utilizing consulting services to assist the Community <br />Development Department during the recruitment and selection of period of new staff. During <br />the Personnel Committee meeting of October 12, 1999, the City Administrator was directed to <br />bring a recommendation back for Council consideration a consulting firm. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, along with the assistance of Sylvia Frolik, has been discussing the <br />consulting services with the three firms ofDahlgren, Shardlow & Uban, Ingraham & Associates, <br />Inc., and McCombs Frank Roos Associates. Staff has requested that the formal proposals be <br />submitted by Monday, October 25, i999.
