Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey annually contracts with an insurance agent to provide insurance and risk <br />management advice and assistance. On December 15, 1997, T.C. Field & Company became the <br />City's agent of record, at an annual cost of $3,000. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />T.C. Field & Company has provided excellent service during the past two years. As a result, <br />staff recommends that the agreement to provide services as agent of record be extended for the <br />next year at an annual cost of $3,200. A proposal from T.C. Field & Company is attached. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council authorize staff to extend the agreement with T.C.
