Major Maintenance <br /> <br />Grass #2 back in service after carb work, will be sent to Ken's in near future for tune-up <br />Engine #1 had new radiator belt installed and realigned the alternator. <br />Engine #1 and Tanker #1 had pump certifications completed. <br />Engine #1 rec'd 2 new inner tires on back, balance of tires will be installed in Jan 2000 <br />Engine #1 had door straps replaced, <br />Engine #1 had #6 discharge gauge replaced. <br />Hard Suction hose sent out for recoupling, <br />Grass #1 had front end aligned and tires rotated. <br />Garage doors at Station all painted. <br />Oxygen sensor in gas monitor replaced. <br />All 2 cycle mixes now the same. <br /> <br />Medical Supplies <br /> <br />Defibrillator battery changed and inspected <br />Ordered gloves and misc, supplies <br />Medical Supplies Used: <br /> (3) 5x9 dressings <br /> (3) Vionex wipes <br /> Kling Wrap (1) <br /> (2) C Collars <br /> Short Board V Blocks and Straps <br /> (1) Oxygen Bottle <br /> <br />SCBA's <br /> <br />Replaced another filter in air compressor <br />Replaced (1) exhalation valve in SCBA mask. <br /> <br />Radio's/Pagers/Turnout Gear <br /> <br />(1) set of turnout gear taken in for repairs <br />Latest FF's issued all gear <br />(2) new flashlights ordered <br />(3) sets new turnout gear rec'd and issued <br />Ordered PAR tags for new FF's <br />New handheld radio in service <br /> <br />Detailed Incident Report <br /> <br />125 06/02/99 14170 Tungsten St, Fire Alarm. Checked entir~ home and found nothing, <br /> advised homeowner to clean detectors. <br />185 08/01/99 I:-Iwy 47 and #116. Possible Pl. 2 vehicle accident. Backboa~:ded 1 <br /> persons with neck injuries. <br />186 08/~-8/99 Sunfish Lake Blvd and Hwy 10. Possible PI.
