It came to Staff's attention when researching a <br />case on budget amendments (October 12, 1999 City Council Consent item) that the <br />resolution for the General Fund transfer was not officially adopted. <br /> <br />In looking at the minutes pertaining to the April 27, 1999 meeting (copy attached), <br />Council favored the original allocation of the General Fund transfer in the amount of <br />$477,259.09 as being $47,725.91 to the Equipment Revolving Fund, $190,903.64 to the <br />Facilities Construction Fund, and $238,629.55 to the Public Improvement Revolving <br />Fund. <br /> <br />Staff has allocated the $477,259.09 to the above funds based on their understanding that <br />City Council authorized this transfer. <br /> <br />This transfer is being brought forward again, as a final resolution needs to be on file <br />pertaining to the General Fund transfer. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Adopt resolution #99-10-XXX approving the transfer of excess General Fund Revenues <br />to the Equipment Revolving Fund, Facilities Construction Fund, and the Improvement <br />Revolving Fund in the amounts stated above. <br /> <br /> <br />
