Inadequate lure protection may cause development ha the project area to <br />be del~ycd and may cause blight to occur in the project area. I also understand that the <br />land proposed to be included in the project area is not utilized at its highest and best use <br />and the development of the fire station may cause additicrn~ development to occur by <br />private enterprise within the project area. <br /> <br />5.
