I <br />Recommendation: I <br />Because it takes a certain amount of time to put together a plan and budget for a requested <br />CDBG project, City Staff recommends that the funds being considered for reallocation at this II <br />time be directed to an affordable housing project. Either to ACCAP for land acquisition or to <br />reimburse the City for expenses incurred to date (if it is determined by HUD that reimbursement <br />of costs incurred to date qualifies). If this is Council's inclination, then Staff can advertise the 30 l <br />day comment period required for reallocations.
