Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-11-XXX RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 4, 5 AND 6 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey ("City") has previously established its Development District No. 1 (the "Project") and Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1, 2, 4,5 and 6 (the "TIF Districts") pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and Sections 469.174 to 469.179 (the "Act"); and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to consider a modification of the tax increment financing plans ("TIF Plans") for the TIF Districts, and to hold a public hearing regarding those actions in accordance with the Act. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City, and its staff and consultants, hereby authorized and directed to cause to be prepared a modification to the TIF Plans, and to file a copy of such documents in City Hall. 2) That the City Administrator is authorized and directed to prepare a notice for publication in the City's official newspaper setting a public hearing before the City Council on December 14, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers on the TIF Plans. The notice shall be published in the newspaper at least 10 days but not more than 30 days prior to the public hearing, and shall include a map of each TIF District. 3) That the City, its staff and consultants are authorized and directed to transmit a copy of the modified TIF Plans (or fiscal impact information related to the TIF Districts) to the County Board and School Board at least 30 days before the date of the public hearing and to take all other actions necessary to bring such plans before the City Council at the time of the public hearing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
