CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT LORD OF LIFE CHURCH EXPANSION On July 27, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Lord of Life Church (" Permittee" ), a Minnesota non-profit corporation, to construct a 35,000 square foot addition to the existing facility ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: (INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION HERE) (the "Site") This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. o STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site and Landscape Plan (Sheet Al.l) prepared by Vanman Companies dated October 15, 1999. SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. o REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan (Sheet A1.2) prepared by Vanman Companies, dated October 15, 1999. Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-6t2 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ali bituminous surfaces, except that a bituminous berm shall be used on the north and west portions of the parking lot addition in lieu of future expansions to the north and west. Establishment of turf and landscaping in accordance with the Site and Landscape Plan Sheet Al.1 prepared by Vanman Companies, dated __, 1999. ("Required Improvements)
