CASE <br /> <br />ACCAP TOWNHOME PROJECT DISCUSSION <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City entered into a purchase agreement in February of this year with the Anoka County <br />Community Action Program, Inc. (ACCAP) for the sale of property of residential homes located <br />along T.H. #47. The purchase agreement was part of a townhome project proposed by ACCAP, <br />which would be built at the intersection of the Sunwood Drive expansion to T.H. #47. ACCAP <br />is now in the process of preparing to embark on the project and the development agreement has <br />been prepared for Council consideration. Jeff Johnson of' ACCAP has requested an informal <br />discussion with City Council prior to proceeding to the next step in the ACCAP townhome <br />project. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 11/23/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
