That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5.
