Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE FOR AN <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS LOCATED CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY <br />LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL BUILDING AND ENCROACHES ON THE SIDE YARD <br />SETBACK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick Gould (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance fi:om Sections <br />9.11.02 and 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code for an accessory building that is located nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure and encroaches on the comer side yard setback on <br />the property generally known as 9205 Ermine Boulevard N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That East 233.22 feet of the North 433.01 feet of the Southeast Qumer of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measures along <br />the North and East lines of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (Subject to <br />easement for road purpose over the East 33 feet thereof and over the South 33 feet thereof) <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 4, 1999, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to the front yard and comer side yard <br />setbacks for Garage B, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br />That in the event Garage B is damaged to more than 50% of its fair market value, it is <br />approved for reconstruction or repair in its present location which is approximately 75 feet <br />from the front property line and 14 feet from the east property line on the Subject.Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit-tee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any reconstruction <br /> or repair of Garage B in the event it is damaged or destroyed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
