Board Member : introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-06- , <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Knoll Properties, LLC, has properly applied for a variance from the height <br />restrictions in the Business Warehouse District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 5, Block 3, AEC Energy Park, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> or upon replatting: <br /> Lot 1, Blockl, A.E.C. Energy Park 4~h Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 8, 1999, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to height restrictions is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. The office/manufacturing facility shall be allowed for development on the Subject <br /> Property at a height not to exceed a 40' from grade. <br /> <br />3. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction. <br /> <br />4. The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the day of June, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
