Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT <br />A GARAGE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Warren H. and Alice J. Harrington (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as <br />15450 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ of NW¼) of Section <br />Twenty-three (23), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-five (25), described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SW¼ of NW¼) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Thirty-two (32), <br />Range Twenty-five (25), with the center line of Town Road, thence South Seventeen <br />degrees Fifty mihutes (17°50') West on said center line a distance of Two Hundred <br />Twenty and Five Tenths (220.5) feet; thence West and parallel with said North line of <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ of NW¼) a distance of Four <br />Hundred Fifty-nine and Six Tenths (459.6) feet; thence North at right angles a distance <br />of Two Hundred Nine and Nine Tenths (209.9) feet to said North line of Southwest <br />Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SW¼ of NW¼), thence East on said North line of <br />Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SW¼ of NW¼) a distance of Five Hundred <br />Twenty-nine and One Tenth (529.1) feet to place of beginning and containing Two and <br />Three Tenths (2.3) acres, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Septemb~er 7, <br />1999, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # ~'~ a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br />the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 127 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br /> Resolution//99-09- Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
