of public access, until such time as the Subject Property is platted and served by public <br />streets interior to the Subject Property or plat. <br /> <br />At such time as the Subject Property is platted to a higher density, the dwelling located on the <br />Subject Property shall convert its egress to a public road within said plat, at the expense of <br />the Permittee or then owner of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain ali necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. In <br />order to preserve the opportunity for resubdivision options at some point in the future, the <br />residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property shall be <br />located in such a way as to comply w/th applicable setback requirements as if the Subject <br />Property were platted in accordance with the Permittee's Resubdivision Plan dated ~ <br /> <br />7.
