Projects have <br />included, facility siting and development, establishment of <br />processes for procuring services, and development of <br />significant programs and long-range plans. <br /> <br />Key Clients <br /> <br />Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (1997-1998) <br />RRA led a consultant team comprised of impact fee and land <br />use experts in a study of Service Availability Charges (SAC) <br />for the Twin Cities metropolitan wastewater system. Major <br />responsibilities included project management, facilitation of <br />the study team, and preparation of a comprehensive report <br />including recommendations for significant policy changes. <br /> <br />East Metro Transit Garage (1998-1999) <br />RRA worked closely with Metro Transit staff to identify and <br />resolve all issues associated with development of a transit <br />maintenance and operations facility to serve the East Metro <br />portion of the seven-county metro area'. The Project Team <br />identified sites, assessed environmental and community issues <br />at each site, determined the costs associated with clean up and <br />site preparation, and recommended a site.
