Subdivision Code <br /> <br />acceptable driving surface to include four inches (4") of aggregate base. <br /> <br />The subdivision grading plan shall indicate that location and slope, for all driveways <br />within the proposed subdivision, and according to the requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the City Code. <br /> <br />1007.400: <br /> <br />CURB-STOP ADJUSTMENTS: The builder shall make all necessary adjustments <br />to the curb stops to bdng them flush with the surface prior to the issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />1007.500; <br /> <br />STREET LIGHTING: Street lighting shall be provided to conform with standards <br />as adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />1007,600: <br /> <br />STREETS: The full width of the right of way of each street dedicated in the plat <br />shall be graded. Lots that are <br />buildable that do not have public sewer available shall have on-site sewage <br />disposal system for each lot. Such system shall be property located and <br />documented on a site plan furnished to the City Building Official.
