CITY OF RAMSEY 2000-2004 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT TITLE: Community Park #5 - Proposed to be named "Elm Crest P' PROJECT TYPE: Park Improvement PROJECT YEAR: 1999/2001 TOTAL ESTIMATED COST: $267,000 PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION Purchase of 83 acre parcel of land near 164th and Highway 47 in 1998 and 1999. Surveying, engineering, and preparation of plans will begin in 2000 to bid 2001 construction activity. PROJECT Start Date PROJECT JUSTIFICATION With the addition of this project, Ramsey will be able to offer community park facilities in most areas of Ramsey. ;umey activity and engineering are necessary to rectify the Park plan with earth moving.
